The ladies at check-in were very helpful. They were also very good. i especially appreciated the kind service. breakfast was superb, i found multiple options that i liked. the hotel is in a great location. It's literally across the road from a discounted ncp car park.
the air conditioning temperature was locked to how low it would go. the fan seemed to be cooled by a water feed to a minimum of 22°c which is too hot to sleep well. it was a noisy night.

the gym includes modern equipment for diverse workout routines. The area is clean. it is a very good spot for a balanced fitness.

The check-in process was super easy. the location is also very convenient. It is only a five-minute walk from many attractions. my room was very clean and quite spacious compared to other hotels i've stayed in.
the shower gel dispenser did not work, even after i requested it to be fixed multiple times.

I found the hotel quite clean, with modern decor. My room included extra touches like complimentary bottled water and popcorn. It was a lovely surprise. I noticed the celebration package I ordered was arranged perfectly. The staff proved very helpful and polite throughout my stay.
I found that the shower gel dispenser in my bathroom did not work .

I found the location to be great for accessing local attractions. The double room on the fourth floor included tea, coffee, and biscuits. Local water bottles were a welcome addition. The bathroom proved to be quite spacious and well-equipped for travelers. It ensured comfort and accessibility.
My only concern was the considerable wait time experienced for a coffee during breakfast hours. It seemed a single coffee machine was functional at the time. This created a queue and caused delay
