lovely stay

helpful ladies superb breakfast great location

The ladies at check-in were very helpful. They were also very good. i especially appreciated the kind service. breakfast was superb, i found multiple options that i liked. the hotel is in a great location. It's literally across the road from a discounted ncp car park.

the air conditioning temperature was locked to how low it would go. the fan seemed to be cooled by a water feed to a minimum of 22°c which is too hot to sleep well. it was a noisy night.

The hotel features three lifts and a gym. the gym includes modern equipment for diverse workout routines. The area is clean. it is a very good spot for a balanced fitness.

The check-in process was super easy. the location is also very convenient. It is only a five-minute walk from many attractions. my room was very clean and quite spacious compared to other hotels i've stayed in.

the shower gel dispenser did not work, even after i requested it to be fixed multiple times.

The breakfast had a great selection. i found both cooked and continental options there!!! the staff were super friendly. Nothing was like too much trouble. the facilities were modern and clean, everything was very comfortable.

the bar service was quite slow, but i'm sure they will improve!

I found the hotel quite clean, with modern decor. My room included extra touches like complimentary bottled water and popcorn. It was a lovely surprise. I noticed the celebration package I ordered was arranged perfectly. The staff proved very helpful and polite throughout my stay.

I found that the shower gel dispenser in my bathroom did not work .

Really good stay

I found the location to be great for accessing local attractions. The double room on the fourth floor included tea, coffee, and biscuits. Local water bottles were a welcome addition. The bathroom proved to be quite spacious and well-equipped for travelers. It ensured comfort and accessibility.

My only concern was the considerable wait time experienced for a coffee during breakfast hours. It seemed a single coffee machine was functional at the time. This created a queue and caused delay
